Watermelon grilled is a healthy, delicious dessert. You can make this dish at-home with just a few items. The first step is to cut the ripe melon into 1-inch wedges. Make sure to oil the slices so they don't fall through the grill. Make a honey lime dressing by heating the sauce for 10 seconds in the microwave. You can loosen the honey by adding a little warm water to it if it seems too thick.

Salt the watermelon first. After removing the rind, place it on a wire rack with paper towels covered for 20 minutes. Then, rinse off the salt using cold water and pat dry. The watermelon should be ready for grilling. This will add a smokey flavor to your summer dessert. If you would like to make the dish even more delicious, sprinkle some feta cheese on top of it.

How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do you make them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. So I wanted to share some tips and tricks so that you can make delicious, fluffy omelets every morn.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

You can also separate the egg before you add it to the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

If you add the egg directly onto the stovetop, you might end up burning the bottom part of the egg, which would ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. You want to mix the eggs thoroughly before you add them. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. Do not worry if you see streaks of egg; they will disappear when the omelet is flipped.

After you have folded your eggs, heat up the oil on medium heat. Wait for it to get hot. Once the oil begins to heat, add 1/4 cup butter and swirl the pan to coat it. The lid should be carefully opened. Sprinkle salt in the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Once the omelet has formed, cover the pan again and wait for the top side to set completely. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the opposite side for another minute. Serve the omelet immediately by removing it from the pan.

This recipe works best with whole milk, but skimmed milk also works.
