Although a Delmonico steak does not have to be called Delmonico, it's important to select a large, marbling rich cut. It should be tender and suitable for grilling. If you are unsure about the cut of steak to use, you can always start with a ribeye. Like any steak, you should give your meat plenty of time to marinate prior to grilling.

For a juicy and tender Delmonico steak, use the same marinade you would for a ribeye. Mix the parsley, lemon, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl. Form a log. Before you start to prepare the steak, let the marinade sit for half an hour in the refrigerator. After that, rub the steak with olive oils, sea salt and black pepper. How to make the perfect omelet

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How can you make them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. I have some tips and tricks to help you make delicious, fluffy omelets every single morning.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. It is best to use room-temperature eggs if you are going to cook them right away.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat cooks your egg just right, without it becoming too soft.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. Mix eggs well together. You need to turn the bowl of the mixer upside down. Then, vigorously shake the bowl. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

Now comes the fun part - pouring the milk into the mixture. Mix half of the milk with the eggs. Then fold the eggs in half into the remaining milk. If you still see streaks of eggs, don't worry. These streaks will disappear once the omelet has been turned over.

After you have done folding the eggs, heat the pan on medium heat. The oil will start to smoke. Once the oil starts getting hot, add 1/4 cup of butter to the pan and swirl it around to coat the entire surface of the pan. Carefully open the pan's lid and add salt to the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Once the omelet has formed, cover the pan again and wait for the top side to set completely. Flip the omelet with a spatula, or flip it upside down. Cook the other side for another minute or two. Remove the omelet from the pan and serve immediately.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
